| My research is primarily in number theory and arithmetic geometry. I am intensely interested in the arithmetic of algebraic varieties without rational points, especially Shimura curves and torsors under abelian varieties. I am also interested in the arithmetic geometry of abelian varieties themselves, especially their torsion subgroups and their endomorphism algebras. (And I study Brauer groups, the inverse Galois problem, and other things...) |
