Due Tuesday, Oct 5: Read sections 5.2, 5.3, and 5.4 and do the practice problems. Do (to be handed in on Thursday): problem 7 on page 172.

Due Thursday, Oct 7: Read sections 5.5 and 5.6 and do the practice problems. Hand in: problem 7 on page 172, problem 4 on page 176, and problem 7 on page 180.
