Due Tuesday, February 10: Read section 7.6 and do the exercises. Read section 7.7 and do exercises 1 - 4. Hand in problem 3 on page 80 and problem 1 on page 93.

Due Thursday, February 12: Do the rest of the exercises in section 7.7. Hand in: problem 2 on pages 93, 94 and problem 6 on pages 94, 95.

Week 6:

Due Tuesday, February 17: Read section 8.1 and do the exercises. Hand in: problems 2 and 3 on page 105. Also hand in: Use rotations to explain why slopes of perpendicular lines are related the way they are.

Due Thursday, February 19: Read section 8.2 and do the exercises. Hand in: problems 2 and 5 on page 124.
