MATH 7035 Extra Assignment 2 : Solve the problems below which are taken from the Intermath website. For each problem, write about a page (longer is fine) in which you reflect on the mathematics related to the problem from a mature, "bigger picture" perspective. You might consider different ways to solve the problem, you could think about ways to modify the problem for use with middle grades students, or you could discuss the general mathematical landscape. You may combine reflections from several problems into a longer reflection if you like. Use this writing opportunity to deepen your thinking about the math involved. Please type your answers (pictures and mathematical expressions/equations may be added by hand).
