Due Monday, March 3 : Read section 10.5 and do the practice problems in the section.

Due Wednesday, March 5 : Read section 11.1 and do the practice problems in the section. Do but don't hand in: problems 21 a, b on page 556. Hand in (please type your answers, except for pictures, equations, etc.): Problem 11 on page 540, and problems 21 c and 25 on page 556.

MATH 7030 Extra Assignment 2 is now posted. It is due on March 31.

Due Friday, March 7 : Do but don't hand in: problems 10, 11, 12 on pages 572, 573.

March 10 - 14 Spring break

Week 10:

Due Monday, March 17 : Read section 11.2 and do the practice problems.

Due Wednesday, March 19 : Read section 11.3 and do the practice problems. Hand in (please type your answers, except for pictures, equations, etc.): Problems 14 a, b and 18 on pages 574, 575 and problem 9 a, b, c, on pages 584, 585. Math 7030 students: please note that extra assignment 2 is now posted (see above for link). It is due March 31.

Due Friday, March 21 : Finish reading section 11.3 and doing the practice problems. Read section 11.4 and do the practice problems.
