Due Monday, December 1: Read the article on Explaining Standardized Test Results to Parents at http://www.ed.gov/databases/ERIC_Digests/ed302559.html Be prepared to discuss the article in class. Do but don't hand in, problems 16 - 22 of the chapter 11 problem list
Due Wednesday, December 3: Read the essay by Patti on problem solving and be prepared to discuss it in class. Read section 12.1. Do, but don't hand in, the problems from the chapter 12 problem list and problems and 1 - 4 of the chapter 11 problem list.
The final exam will be comprehensive and will consist of problems similar to ones on the following lists:
