Thursday, October 16: Do the exercises for section 4.8. Hand in problem 2 on page 285.

Week 10:

Tuesday, October 21: Quiz based on problems 43 and on from the section 4.1 - 4.8 problem list. Read section 4.9. MATH 7020 students only: Please send me an e-mail telling me about progress you've made on your project and any questions or comments you have about it so far. Your project will count for 10% of your grade. Please see MATH 7020 info for the breakdown.

Thursday, October 23: Do the exercises for section 4.9. Hand in problem 1 on page 296.
