Job Responsibilities include:

Assistant to the Undergraduate Coordinator and Associate Department Head
Maintain accurate database of undergraduate math majors.
Assign advisors for math majors.
Course Pre-requisite over-rides.
Textbook ordering.
Schedule undergraduate and graduate courses in OASIS and coordinate classroom schedules (ASTRA) each semester.
Handle online undergraduate and graduate course evaluations.
Maintain Math Major listserv.
Process a variety of student-related forms, including, but not limited to withdrawals, grade changes and late add forms.
Maintain and contribute to design of Department of Mathematics web site.
Assist in coordinating several annual and special events, including annual High School Math Tournament, Cantrell Lecture Series, Math Major Graduation Commencement Reception, Departmental Holiday Party, etc.
Coordinate promotional and publication materials, including flyers, brochures, etc.
Contact for weekly seminars, including scheduling and publicity.
Alumni contact.
Other duties as assigned
