Test, diagnose and provide technical support to customers with problems installing and using X and Graphics related products on the HP-UX environment. Provided support in areas ranging from initial network and system configuration issues to complex software configurations, while working closely with Partner Technical Support Centers to solve cross-platform and cross-application issues.

Salary:

45,000-65,000

Job satisfaction:

I have the opportunity to work with people from all over the world and my job is challenging and quite fulfilling. Unfortunately, language barriers and experience levels can present some complications in this job.
