Summer Proposal Template

The following information should be included in your proposal to the Graduate Committee for summer support:

• Your name
  
• Your advisor's name
  
• Field you are interested in studying
  
• Type of support you are requesting or expecting (VIGRE, internship, teaching, grant, etc.)
  
• List of your proposed activities
  
• List of courses you will sign up for
  
• Explanations for any special requests (waivers of requirements, etc.)
