Title of talk: Quantum Teichm\"{u}ller
Abstract: There are hints (Voulume Conjecture, etc.) of a possible
connection between topological
quantum field theory and hyperbolic geometry. Chekhov, Fock and Kashaev introduced
the Quantum Teichm\"{u}ller space of a punctured surface as an approach
to quantum gravity in $2+1$ dimensions. In this talk, we will show how the local
representation theory of the quantum Teichm\"uller space gives a framework
which combines quantumn algebra and $3$-dimensional hyperbolic geometry. This
is a continuing work after Bonahon and Liu.
