Grading: F<60<=D<70<=C<80<=B<90<=A

Tests (60%):

Test 1: Friday, June 18 (no graphing calculator)

Test 2: Friday, June 25

Test 3: Wednesday, July 7

Test 4: Thursday, July 15

Test 5: Friday, July 23

Test 6: Monday, August 2 (no graphing calculator)

Final Exam (25%): August 4 - 6
Quizzes (15%): Class quizzes will be given throughout each unit. No makeup quizzes are allowed. At the end of the semester approximately 25% of the quiz grades will be dropped.

Withdrawals

Students may be withdrawn from the class after missing more than 10% of the class periods; that is, after missing 3 class periods. If I initiate the withdrawal without your knowledge I will assign a grade of WF; if you initiate the withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline, Fri July 9, I will assign a grade of W. Any withdrawal after the withdrawal deadline, July 9, will result in a grade of WF.
