Tests (65%): You must register for a time to take each of the following tests. A few days prior to the test date, go to the course website, choose Test Registration.

Skills Test (5%), Fri, Aug 27

Test 2 (10%): Friday, Sep 17

Test 3 (10%): Friday, Oct 8

Test 4 (10%): Thursday, Oct 21

Test 5 (10%): Thursday, Nov 11

Test 6 (10%): Friday, Dec 3

Final Exam (20%): Dec 13-17
Quizzes (15%): Class quizzes will be given throughout each unit. No makeup quizzes are allowed. At the end of the semester approximately 25% of the quiz grades will be dropped.

         Midpoint withdrawal deadline: Oct 15

         Final Reservations: Nov 15-19

Withdrawals

Students may be withdrawn from the class after missing more than 10% of the class periods; that is, after missing 5 class periods. If I initiate the withdrawal without your knowledge I will assign a grade of WF; if you initiate the withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline, Fri Oct 15, I will assign a grade of W. Any withdrawal after the withdrawal deadline, July 9, will result in a grade of WF.
