We would appreciate your cooperation in filling out teaching evaluations for your mathematics classes on-line. Please log on at
using your UGA MyID any time between November 27 and December 7, 2007 to fill out the evaluation(s). You will see a link for each math class for which you're registered and for which we're doing on-line evaluations. (Be warned, however: Once you click the submit button you can no longer make any changes.) Please note, the on-line evaluation process will end at 11:59pm on December 7, 2006.
As always, your evaluation will be anonymous and instructors will not have access to the summary of results until after grades are turned in.
Please take the time to do this, as the department (and the instructors) value your feedback and take your comments seriously. In many cases, the results of these evaluations are used as a factor in determining raises, promotions, and teaching awards.
