This form may be submitted electronically or printed and mailed to the above address. Please fill out the first two parts of the form (contact information and general plans) as soon as possible, but no later than March 1, 2002.  Titles and abstracts of 20-minute talks will be posted upon receipt.

The Tenth South Eastern Approximation Theory conference will be held on Saturday, March 23 and Sunday, March 24, 2002. Each day, the meeting will feature two main lectures and parallel sessions of 20-minute talks. There will also be a banquet at 7 PM on Saturday. The registration fee is $20 per person.
