  • If you'd like a personal copy of Matlab for personal use, but do not want to purchase Matlab, you can try Octave for Windos. You can find a nice and short tutorial here, and a longer one is here. These help pages are valid for Matlab as well. Note that Matlab has a nicer interface and operates smoother in general. Everything we do in this course will be compatible with both software.
