I was recently recommended for
tenure by the Department and will be appointed as Associate
Professor for the 1997-98 academic year. I teach courses
in Data Structures, Intro. to Computer Science, Numerical
Methods, Information Retrieval, Computer Architecture, and
Performance Evaluation. My research interests lie in
Scientific and Parallel Computing, Computational Ecology,
Information Retrieval, and Performance Evaluation.
