## Research

Publications, preprints, and slides from talks
My research is in algebraic geometry, specifically geometric invariant theory, conformal blocks, and moduli spaces of curves.

Conference
I was a co-organizer of the conference "Compact Moduli and Vector Bundles" at UGA, October 21-25, 2010. Conference website

Computer work
I use several computer packages including Sage, Magma, Macaulay 2, and Excel in my research and in my teaching. I gathered several materials I created in different contexts into a portfolio of computer work.

## Teaching

Spring 2010
I am teaching MATH 2250 (Calculus I for Science and Engineering Majors). Course webpage

Teaching portfolio
Here is a portfolio of materials I created for courses I taught.

Past courses at UGA
Fall 2010: MATH 5003/7003 (Algebra and Problem Solving for Elementary Teachers)
Fall 2010: Introductory VIGRE Research Group (IVRG) on "Polynomials and Symmetry" for junior and senior math majors. We are hunting for equations of some curves of small genus with large automorphism groups. IVRG page
Spring 2010: MATH 4790/6900 (Option Pricing)
Spring 2009, Fall 2009: MATH 2500 (Multivariable calculus)
Fall 2008: MATH 2250 (Calculus)
