The conference talks will start on January 5, and a day tour of Petra will be scheduled for interested participants on January 4. Participants interested in attending the Petra tour should plan to arrive on January 3, and those not interested in the tour should plan to arrive on January 4.
The nearest convenient airport is the Eilat airport (airport code ETH). For those participants who are not able to conveniently fly to this airport, it is possible to arrive at the Ben Gurion airport in Tel-Aviv (airport code TLV) instead. If you choose this option, be aware that there will be a scheduled transport of attendants leaving the airport around 18:15 on January 3, and around 16:30 on January 4. Return transportation will arrive back at the airport around 22:30 on January 10, and in good time to catch the 12:40 flight on January 11.
