HW 11 - Due Friday April 21

Do all of the problems indicated.  Write up and turn in the starred problems.  Your solutions should be written clearly so that a fellow UGA student could fully understand your answer (except where directed otherwise).  Include pictures as needed.  Each problem will be graded out of 5 points. You should aim to make your answers correct, clear, and concise.

Read sections 11.9, 11.10, and 11.11.

Homework on sections 11.9 and 11.11 will be assigned next week.


In preparation for the final exam I'd like each of you to create two test problems on the topics we have covered in this class.
Email your problems to me with FINAL PROBLEMS as the subject. You may send me straight text, a Word document, or a scan.

I will collect these problems into a practice final. I will also use these problems for about half of the real final.
Try to cover two different topics with your problems so that we may get a good distribution of topics. Feel free to work with others.
I'd like these by Monday April 24 so that there will be almost two weeks before the final. We can discuss the date in class.
