HW 3 - Due Friday Jan 27

Do all of the problems indicated.  Write up and turn in the starred problems.  Your solutions should be written clearly so that a fellow UGA student could fully understand your answer.  Include pictures as needed.  Each problem will be graded out of 5 points.

Read sections 8.4, 8.5, and 8.6.
In 8.5, pay particular attention to the subsection "Definitions of Shapes versus Additional Properties the Shapes Have" on pages 361-362.

Also, if Venn diagrams aren't terribly familiar to you, make certain you understand "Showing Relationships with Venn Diagrams" on pages 359-360.
