Academic Honesty

All students are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of honesty

and integrity in every phase of their academic careers. The penalties for

academic dishonesty is severe and ignorance is not an acceptable defense.

Students should pay particular attention to sections 5 and 7 of the academic

honesty statement at www.uga.edu/ovpi/academic_honesty/culture_honesty.htm

How to succeed in this class (Most important)

  1. 90% of your scores are dependent on the computer work: homework, test and final. So be very familiar with how to use JExam before you go into the testroom. How? Do the practice test again and again. Warning! Even if you know how to do the problems, it doesn’t mean you can put the right answer in the JExam due to the wrong format of your answer.
  2. Where do the questions of your tests and final exam come from? Practice Tests and homework.
