Student Seminar:
Arithmetic / Algebraic Geometry

ORGANIZATION

It is a student-based seminar for those who are interested in number theory or arithmetic/algebraic geometry. Each participant takes turn to present what he/she is studying about these subjects.

The main purpose of running this seminar is to "learn" from each other. Speakers are encouraged to prepare their discussions or talks in a way it may help other participants understand the subject better.

  • We meet at least once a week.
  • Participants may choose their own area of study for topics to present.

PARTICIPANTS

Anyone else who is interested in these subjects is welcome to join the group. Please, contact Sungkon Chang (schang@math.uga.edu).
