Due Friday, September 7: Read section 2.5 and do all the exercises.

Week 4:

Due Monday, September 10: (to be scored) Hand in section 2.5 problems # 4, 6, page 86. Please review the grading criteria for scored homework.

Due Wednesday, September 12: Read section 2.6 and do exercises #4, 5 on page 89, 90. Read section 2.7 and do exercises # 1 - 3 on pages 99, 100.

Due Friday, September 14: (to be scored) Hand in section 2.7 problems # 1, 4, pages 104, 105. Solve # 4 two ways: with a picture and numerically. This assignment is now due on Monday, September 17.
