Week 4:

Due Monday, Jan 28: (to be checked) Write a problem for elementary school children that uses some of the mathematical ideas that you needed for the problems we solved in class on January 23. Your problem can be suitable for any grade PreK-5 and you don't have to specify the grade or age.

Due Wednesday, Jan 30: (to be checked) Write a problem for grades PreK - 2 that involves mathematical ideas that are in problems 6, 7, 8 (of the handout from Jan. 23), and that might help young children begin to develop those ideas.
